適用范圍: 本文件規(guī)定了實時熒光定量PCR方法，用于從食品和飼料中定性檢測驢源特異性DNA。該方法要求從相關基質中提取足夠量的可擴增PCR DNA，并可用于驢科動物（Equus asinus）、騾子（Equus caballus ♀ × Equus asinus ♂）和騨（Equus caballus ♂ × Equus asasinus ♀）來源材料的檢測。該方法還可檢測物種斑馬（Equus burchellii）。目標序列為Equus asinus 隱士瞪羚甘肅驢不連續(xù)基因組支架ASM130575v1 scaffold786的全基因組測序序列的部分片段（即GenBank登錄號NW_014638576.1），該序列在每個單體中為單拷貝。為此靶標設計的PCR測定的絕對檢出限為每反應5個拷貝，且在此濃度下≥95 %的可重復性（LOD95 %）。
